Mike and Di have two beautiful daughters, Leigh Erin Sweeney and Kerry Sweeney.
Leigh and her husband Scott Teague have two children of their own, Logan Scott Teague and Carson Leigh Teague.
Some families are best described as a unit, and not just individuals. That is the best way to describe the Councill extended family. Their closeness and love of family is palpable everytime I visit them.

Kerry Michelle Sweeney - (1981 - GREAT GRANDAUGHTER)
Kerry Michelle Sweeney (1981 - ) has taken her own journey in life. She has had a wide variety of jobs, culminating in sales for the Scholastic company. Her mother had worked there, and the two competed in who had the most sales. Although Diana was the more experienced, it was Kerry who often came out on top.
Kerry is known for her love of family and friends, and for animals.
Leigh Erin Sweeney/Teague (1978 - GREAT GRANDAUGHTER)
Leigh Erin Sweeney (1978 - ) was born in Boston Massachusetts, but ended up living her life in the South.
In 2004 she married Scott Reginald Teague (1969 - ), a long-time resident of Charlotte, on the campus of Davidson College in Davidson NC. And true to her Scottish heritage a bagpiper accompanied the visitors.
She now works for the Bank of America, and lives with her family and mother, sister, and cousins in the Charlotte NC area.
Leigh and Scott have two beautiful children: a boy, Logan Scott Teague (2006 - ), and a girl Carson Leigh Teague (2011 - ).
