MacLellan Family Vacations and Gatherings

If there's one thing that sticks in my memory of the MacLellan clan it would be the annual family vacations.

The whole family would gather at a different place each summer. This went on like clockwork for 21 uninterrupted years, from 1947-1968. We went to Maine, Florida, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, South Carolina, and other states.

Note: Listed here are family vacations, gatherings, weddings and a festival. The age of the grandchildren heavily influenced who came each year.

Digging for sand crabs was one lesson I learned from my Uncle Bill Foster. As an adult I always try and catch the crabs every time I go to the beach, but I've never been as successful as I was with Uncle Bill and my cousins.
